📌 General Information
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I ship worldwide!
What are the shipping times and costs?
– Ready-to-ship items are usually sent out within 3–4 business days.
– For custom-made pieces, I’ll let you know all the timing details before you place your order.
Shipping is free on orders over €150. For smaller orders, shipping costs €35.
Shipping cost for USA is 55$.
How can I track my order?
I always ship with a tracking number, whether by courier or postal service. You'll receive the tracking info when your order is shipped.
If you don’t see it or it doesn’t work, just contact me — I’ll help!
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
You’ll receive your tracking number in advance, so you can plan ahead. If no one is home, the courier will usually try again the next day.
👗 Custom Orders
I’d like a custom-made dress. Do you offer that?
Yes! I create fully custom pieces — including bridal gowns and corsets. Just fill out the contact form (in the menu) and tell me what you're looking for. The more details you give me, the better I can help!
How do custom orders work?
Contact me with as many details as possible (reference photos are welcome!), your deadline, and your budget — be honest and realistic so I can guide you properly.
I’ll reply with details and a sketch of your piece, which we’ll refine together. Then, I’ll send a quote.
If you accept, you’ll have one week to pay (via PayPal, Klarna, or card), and I’ll start working. I’ll keep you updated with photos or videos.
⚠️ No changes can be made after payment is completed.
🛍 Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Just browse the catalog, choose your favorite outfit, add it to the cart, and select your preferred payment method. PayPal and Klarna allow installment payments, too!
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you don’t need to register. But if you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll get an instant discount code for your first order!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — you have 3 days to do so. Just contact me through the form or email: theravensgoddess@outlook.it
Changes can only be made if the order has NOT already been shipped.
Can I change the size or color after purchasing?
You have 3 days to request changes. After that, no modifications can be made.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
How do returns work?
No returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom-made orders (you’re responsible for accurate measurements in those cases).
You have 14 days to request a return. Return shipping is at your expense and must be via tracked courier.
Contact me first with your order number and reason. I’ll give you the return address. Once I receive and inspect the item, if it’s undamaged, I’ll issue a full refund.
⚠️ If the item is damaged due to misuse, no refund will be given. You’ll have to cover the cost of return shipping if you want the item back.

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to contact me — I’ll help you find the best fit.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Most designs are available in a wide size range. If your size isn’t listed, message me — I might be able to adjust or custom-make it for you.
Are your items handmade?
Yes — every piece is handmade with care, from start to finish. This means production times may vary depending on the item.
What materials do you use?
I use high-quality fabrics, often from trusted Italian or European suppliers. If you have allergies or special requests, contact me before ordering.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Usually not. I believe in creating limited, one-of-a-kind pieces.
The everyday collection might be restocked occasionally, but I can’t promise.
If you love a sold-out item, feel free to ask — I may be able to make a custom version for you.
